Nintendo Switch版『Saints Row IV: Re-Elected』が、フランスの小売店Culturaに登録されたことが判明しました。
登録後、すぐにページは削除されてしまったようですが、フランスの代理店も似たようなリストを掲載したようです。
そこではPS4向けと表示されていますが、EANコード：4020628748715がCulturaに掲載されたSwitch版と同じであることと発売日を2020年3月27日に設定(PS4版は発売済みなのでこの発売日はおかしい)していることから、PS4の表示は間違えである可能性が高いとのこと。
現時点でSwitch版についての正式発表はないものの、Switchでは『Saints Row: The Third – The Full Package』がすでにリリース済みであるので、ぞの続編が来たとしても不思議な話ではありません。
