『Shovel Knight Dig』が、海外向けとして発売されることが現地時間8月29日に放送された「Yacht Club Games Presents」で発表されました。
本作は、ロンドンを拠点とするインディーデベロッパーNitromeと共同開発された、「ショベルナイト」のスピンオフ的作品です。
すでに1年以降開発しているとのこと。
